Before their match against Millwall at The Den, Daniel Farke told his Leeds United players to play with passion while preserving their composure.

Leeds has six points from five games, is unbeaten in its previous three contests, and is ranked fifteenth in the league.

The Yorkshire team will now travel to The Den to face Millwall, who have gone undefeated at home in their last six meetings with Leeds.

Farke acknowledged that The Den is a difficult place to visit and added that players who haven’t played there might find the venue daunting.

The Leeds manager emphasised the importance of playing fearlessly while maintaining composure, saying that the Whites must be on their toes at all times.

“We have spoken about it”, Farke said at a press conference.

“The Den is tough to go to.

“It can be impressive for newcomers to the Championship or younger players.

“We’ve talked about it, but the situation on the pitch is different.

Play with a burning heart and a calm brain.

“You must compete for second balls and play alert, aware defence.

At this level, every game is challenging, but we don’t play in dread.

Leeds’ season has gotten off to a poor start, so Farke’s team will be trying to steal three points from Millwall to get things going.
