The University of Michigan football team finished the 2024 season with an 8-5 record, capping off the year with wins over Ohio State and Alabama in back-to-back games.

On Wednesday, one of the Wolverines’ unsung heroes, fullback Max Bredeson, made a decision on his future with the program.
Widely known for his pancake blocks just past the line of scrimmage, Bredeson was immortalized in a viral social media of him having taken out Ohio State star Jack Sawyer with a crushing block.
Bredeson announced Wednesday that he will return to Ann Arbor for another season, sharing a highlight video with the classic Ozzy Osbourne song ‘War Pigs’ as the soundtrack.
