Raiders News: 2024 NFL Season Plan Revealed by Maxx Crosby

Without a doubt, Maxx Crosby is the best player on the team and the driving force behind the Las Vegas Raiders. And the fact that he never rests on his laurels is what makes him such an incredible leader and player.

Considering that Crosby was hurt the entire season and had major limitations, it is remarkable that he is coming off of his finest season ever. After the season finished, Crosby actually underwent many procedures to address the problems that were bothering him. However, Crosby is also applying the knowledge he gained from the previous year to his future endeavors.

 

 

The Raiders star recently discussed this, stating that being available to play on Sunday moving forward was more essential than making improvements during practice.

“During practice the entire season, I was pretty much limited every day, and things like that,” Crosby remarked at Von Miller’s yearly Sack Summit. I had to acquire the skill of adapting, as I am unable to simply run my knee into the ground outside. Sunday required me to be prepared.

 

Crosby would go on to claim that he has carried that attitude into the offseason and that he will stop at nothing to achieve his objective of becoming the world’s greatest football player and having the finest season of his career:

“This offseason felt like it was all about taking three steps forward by making me take a step back,” Crosby remarked. My only objective is to be the greatest in the world, pound for pound, and I strive to achieve it by talking about it, living it, and taking whatever road needs to be taken to reach there I want to go. In order to have the best season of my career, I’m using every resource that I possibly can.Last season, Crosby finished fourth in the Defensive Player of the Year voting and achieved career highs in tackles for loss (23), sacks (14.5), and total tackles (90). Danielle Hunter was the only player other than Crosby to reach 80 tackles among those who had at least 10 sacks the previous season, and those 23 tackles for loss topped the league, demonstrating just how important Crosby was to the Raiders in all areas.

It’s hard to ask for anyone to be able to top that season, but Crosby will at least work hard to make it happen. He will undoubtedly be a nightmare for the opposition to deal with the whole season as he attempts to lead the Raiders back to the postseason, even if the stats don’t add up.

Maxx Crosby made these remarks at this year’s Sack Summit, an annual event that Von Miller established and where Crosby served as a speaker and teacher. He invited every defensive lineman for the Raiders to the camp, and they all came, demonstrating his leadership once again.

According to Crosby, he encouraged his teammates to come a few months ago, and they were all there, growing and learning from some of the greatest to have ever done it. The Raiders line is on a quest to be the best in the NFL, period, he continued.
