The Ohio State Buckeyes are the college football national champions following a phenomenal run in the College Football Playoff.
Ohio State defeated the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, 34-23, in the finale of the College Football Playoff, finishing the season with a 14-2 record.
Following the national championship game, Buckeyes star Jeremiah Smith posted a couple of new photos from the game celebration and shared a message to his more than 436,000 followers on social media.
In the win over the Fighting Irish, Smith posted one touchdown and 88 yards on five receptions. Smith helped the Buckeyes’ offense produce 445 total yards with 22 first-down conversions and a 9-of-12 third-down conversion rate.
