LPGA Star Brooke Henderson announces $700 multi-million year partnership with….

Brooke Henderson confirmed her latest partnership with the Ottawa
Senators. The NHL side, hailing from the LPGA star’s hometown,
announced the multi-year marketing partnership at a preseason
media event on Tuesday. The golfer from Smiths Falls said she was
‘super excited’ to partner with the hockey side.

As part of the deal, the Ottawa Senators logo will be branded on her
golf towels and water bottles during tournaments. The golfer and her
sister Brittany, who serves as her caddie, will wear the hockey side’s
colors at least once per tournament she plays. The 26-year-old, who
has 13 Tour titles to her name, will be seen in red, black and gold colors
soon at events.

Brooke Henderson, who grew up watching the Senators both at the
Canadian Tire Centre, said on Tuesday“I’m super excited to team up and partner with the Senators. It’s
such a cool opportunity. Growing up, I played hockey, I loved hockey,
and I always cheered for the Senators, so it feels like a perfect fit. Just
being involved with an organization that has world class athletes who,
every day, are pursuing their dreams and pushing themselves, I think
it’s really neat to partner up with them, and I’m excited to see where it
goes.”Notably, the NHL club also released a statement lauding the deal with
Henderson.
Ottawa Senators owner Michael Andlauer said in the club release:“We are so happy to collaborate with Brooke on this partnership.
Brooke’s spirit, values and determination embody what our OttawaGatineau community is all about.” With the deal, Henderson became the second local pro golfer to enter
a partnership with the Senators. Notably, former PGA Tour pro and
Ottawa native Brad Fritsch had entered a similar deal with the Senators
in 2012. The now 46-year-old was seen donning the centurion logo on
his golf shirts and golf bag between 2013-17.
