Caleb Williams is only beginning to develop his Chicago real estate portfolio, five months after being selected by the Chicago Bears in the draft.
Williams just bought a $12.9 million house in Lake Forest, Illinois, according to Glancer Magazine. About 33 miles separate Lake Forest from Chicago.
The home has direct access to Lake Michigan, a private pool, and beautifully planted grounds.
The home was initially designed in the early 20th century, according to Sophia Chen of Crazy Luxury Homes, and has been “meticulously restored to offer a blend of elegance and modern comforts.”
A home cinema, billiards room, study overlooking Lake Michigan, arcade room, indoor hockey rink, and basketball court are among the amenities.
Shortly after Williams inked his four-year, $39.5 million rookie contract that was completely guaranteed, he bought a house. In addition, the 22-year-old has endorsement agreements with Dr. Pepper, Nissan, Beats by Dre, and PlayStation.
Williams’ first three games as a professional have gone poorly. In Week 3 against the Indianapolis Colts, he did toss his first touchdown pass of his career, but the game ended in a 21-16 loss with two interceptions thrown by him.
Prior to their encounter with the Los Angeles Rams at Soldier Field on Sunday, the Bears had lost two of their previous three games.
