Hawthorn striving for membership record
Hawthorn has ticked over 80,000 members for 2024 and looks placed to surpass it’s all-time membership record.
Hawthorn is proud to announce it has surged past 80,000 members for the third consecutive year, as the tally keeps ticking in 2024.
The exciting milestone puts the club on pace to smash through its all-time membership record of 81,494 members, which was set two seasons ago in 2022.
Hawthorn CEO Ash Klein said the club was overwhelmed by the on-going support from the brown and gold faithful.
“We are incredibly grateful for every single Hawthorn member and their continued commitment to our club by signing on as a member in 2024,” Klein said.
“To celebrate 80,000 members for the third straight year is something we should all be proud of, which now puts us in a very exciting position as we surge towards setting a new all-time record this season.
“Our brown and gold members have long been the lifeblood of our football club and remain a critical part of what we are building as a football club – we exist to make them proud.
“The fierce passion of our members has been on full show this season through strong increases in attendances at home games, coupled with the inspiring noise from the stands, which continues to drive our players to be at their best.”
With a pair of blockbuster MCG matches against Collingwood and Richmond in the run home, there’s still time to join the Hawthorn family with great value membership options guaranteeing you a seat at both games.
Additionally, there is a double delight of fixtures in Tasmania to come, beginning this weekend with a crucial clash with Fremantle, before the Hawks’ final home and away game of the year against North Melbourne.
